Quddus is the Managing Director of the firm and he is responsible for the overall management and strategy of the firm.

Quddus was there at the beginning of Hazelhurst Solicitors when the very first clients were signed up...and as an experienced Solicitor Quddus continues to practise at the front line representing clients in Courts and Tribunals across the North West of England. Quddus is reputed for settling high value injury claims and his passion remains within Injury Law.

Quddus is focused on driving growth of the firm in view to developing the firm organically to become a genuine national practice.

Rahim Ahmed:

Solicitor: Personal Injury Team

Having qualified with 2:1 LLB Hons and achieving Commendation on the Legal Practice Course from the Manchester Metropolitan University School of Law Rahim joined a Law Centre to assist vulnerable people suffering injustices with the support of legal aid.

Following this Rahim moved on to join a large personal injury firm.

Rahim is a qualified Solicitor and specialises in injuries by road traffic accidents including those caused by uninsured and untraced drivers, accidents at work, slips and trips accidents. Rahim also represents clients in general litigation matters.

Out of work Rahim enjoys spending time with his family and friends as often as he can as well as reading, watching movies and keeping fit.

Olaide Awogbile is a popular & vastly sought after dual qualified Family Lawyer - She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and equally a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She specialises in Family Law and also advises on Immigration Law matters . Prior to joining Hazelhurst Solicitors as a Consultant, she had worked with a couple of reputable Law firms in England and Wales on Locum and Consultancy basis.

Olaide also has a reputation for her strategic thinking and ability to cut through to the key issues and solve the most complex cases. Olaide’s clients are located around the country and overseas.

Kalsuma Choudhury

Trainee Legal Executive

Kalsuma Choudhury is passionate about immigration law and she is driven by her desire to help those who are disadvantaged.

Kalsuma developed interest in immigration law whilst still studying for LLB Law (Hons) at university. As a student she took up part-time employment at the Home office as an Administrative Officer (AO) making visa application decisions on behalf of the Secretary of State for the Home Department.

After she graduated Kalsuma joined the Legal Aid Services Provider, Immigration Advice Service in 2013 as an Immigration Casework Assistant and later her leadership quality shone through and Kalsuma was appointment a team leader.

Kalsuma joined Hazelhurst solicitors in 2018 as a fee earner in the immigration department. Kalsuma advises clients on all aspects of immigration law and she says she has amassed a wealth of experience working for Hazelhurst and she is currently studying part-time with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executive (CILEX). Kalsuma wants to qualify as a Chartered legal Executive Lawyer.

Over the past two years whilst at Hazelhurst, Kalsuma has advised and successfully represented numerous clients in all areas of immigration and nationality law including applications under the PBS and refugee convention cases.

During her Training Kalsuma has also had seats in the Family law and personal injury departments. Kalsuma says when she is not at work, during her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two children.
